Physical Education & Prince’s Trust

We believe in ‘Opportunity for all.’ The PE and Outdoor Education department are motivated in supporting all pupils to discover at least one activity that they can thrive in. Our overall goal is for pupils to continue to have an active lifestyle beyond school, through following one of our three pathways-

Healthy Living Pathway

Sporting Habit Pathway

Excellence Pathway

The activities available at Oak Bank are ever adapting and developing, as the needs and interests of our pupils change over time. Activities we have offer include; football, rugby, basketball, trampolining, gymnastics, free running, yoga, dance, tennis, badminton, squash, rounders, athletics, fitness, bush craft & survival, camping, rock climbing, canoeing, archery, cycling, bowling and ice skating!

Our pupils enjoy experiencing a range of different sporting opportunities, through quality PE lessons, enrichment, extra-curricular activities and external provisions.

Please read our PE Policy to find out more about what we offer Oak Bank pupils!
